I grew up in Mile 4, Limbe, Cameroon. My mother, NDO AGNES, is a seamstress and entrepreneur — she taught me what it means to build something from nothing, stitch by stitch.
I started in electrical engineering. Form 1–2 at Government Bilingual Technical High School, Isokolo, Limbe. Then Form 3–4 at King Bilingual Community Comprehensive College, Mile 4. I earned my CAP — Certified Analytics Professional in Electrical Engineering — back at Government Bilingual Technical High School, because King's didn't offer it. That detail matters: I didn't wait for a school to offer me what I needed. I went and got it.
Somewhere in the middle of all that, I fell in love with code, with security, with the web. I decided to finish high school faster than the system was built to allow. So I sat the GED — passed — and got my certificate. Alongside it I picked up two certifications from Programming Hub: one in Data Science, one in Statistical Analysis. Not for a résumé. For the thing I was already building in my head.
I applied to Coppin State University for Data Science. I was admitted. I accepted. I committed. Then the Trump administration began deporting students in numbers no one could argue with, and the ground shifted under everyone I knew. I made a decision that was mine to make: I stopped. I didn't go further.
What came next was NEXSIM LLC — a Montana-registered company I built myself — and, through it, District Seal.
District Seal is a cryptographic evidence layer for signatures. It exists because standard e-signatures are a fiction: an email address, an IP address, a typed name. None of that proves who actually signed. When a client later says "I never signed that," an IP address is worthless in court. District Seal closes that gap.
Every signature ceremony produces a court-admissible certificate that captures WebAuthn hardware-backed device authentication, a forced document scroll for informed consent, a randomized spoken challenge phrase, a head-turn liveness check, and a biometric face match against a reference photograph. All processing happens locally. Zero biometric media retention. Bound to the exact document by SHA-256. Powered by FacePower v2.
